Having problems
with your local or long distance phone service? Here are some things you can try on your own. If your problems persist, we
offer several ways for you to contact us.

Things to check before you call:
- Hang up all telephones. Make sure all equipment is in working order such as telephones, modems, security systems,
and answering or fax machines.
- Reset the jacks. To do this, unplug all equipment from the jacks for 5 minutes. Try plugging the phone
lines in again one at a time to verify if the problem still exists.
- If the problem still exists, then call OrbitCom to report the problem.

Long Distance Repair Service
Information OrbitCom will need to assist you:
Call Example:
- Phone number dialed
- Phone number you’re calling from
- Date and time the call was attempted
- Message received
- Do you have PAC codes? If so, what PAC code did you use?
You can verify your long distance carrier by dialing:
- Interlata: 1 (700) 555-4141
- Intralata: 1 (area code) 700-4141
*You should receive a message stating the name of your long distance provider.
