The transition to the new carrier was seamless and we are very pleased with the new service.
I would highly recommend Tom Nelson and OrbitCom. They have been easy to work with and followed through on their promises.

...Having been in Administration for 25 years and owning my own business for 9 years I know it
is important to let people know when they are doing a good job. I have to share this with you about one or your customer
service personnel:
I have had the opportunity to work with a member of your team on a number of occasions and found her to be very helpful,
persistent and responsive to my sometimes stupid requests. She follows up to make sure things are done, is always pleasant
and friendly. She appears to be the kind of person I would want working for me. She does well for Orbitcom and
should be commended for being so helpful. I can think of a few instances for you ...setting up my phone lines, setting
up the "different ring", conference call issues and just being pleasant...
...I would also like to let you know about Jim Schmidt who is my local rep. He is wonderful as well. He has
gone above and beyond the call of duty for us several times. He is quick to respond and makes sure (the problem) is
fixed. He has even called back several days after the fix to make sure it is still "fixed". He has come on site
to assist me when I was having issues with the "different ring" for my fax machine. He has made recommendations for
an outside service agency to use. I also do not have a problem reaching him and if he is not available I know he will
get back to me in a timely manner...
Overall I have been very happy with my relationship with Orbitcom.
